Account and Billing

Can I get a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial. When you purchase a CAN system, you are purchasing results, not just a software package. We will closely work with you to make sure you purchase the right system and will then customize it to meet your needs.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept PayPal. If you need to pay with a check, please contact your CAN Navigator to ask about our credit application process.

How long are your contracts?

We offer month-to-month contracts. This helps simplify our relationship with our customers.

Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at anytime. You will continue to have access to your account until the end of the 30-day period.
